Rebecca I’m customer service is the BEST! I was confused either ordering items online and she helped me get used to the system. She has recently helped me resolve an incorrect order item sent to me by mistake.

Reimbursement needed.

Love love love all the products I use. But I’m having issues getting reimburse for an order that was never delivered back in February and March.

Hmmm

Hmmm. I like the products. The website is not exactly user-friendly. And larger discounts are sent after I spent over $350. Customer Service did extend an extra 10% but was very matter-of-fact and unapologetic. If I didn’t feel the products worked, I probably wouldn’t purchase from this company again.
