A bit frustrated
Loved the presale support. Love the chair I bought. Not so happy with experience after I pressed "buy".
Bit of disconnect from time of purchase to delivery (and tracking/updating).
I received one of my items but not my second. When I contacted the company they told me it was on back order. There was no notification upon purchase, no notification emails or communication. When I called it was treated like the issue was not a big deal. It was a big deal, I was on a time line to set up an office. The experience left me frustrated.
