Customer service was awesome, one particular rep Jeannette, was so helpful with changing the delivery address and talking to the frate company for me to reinsure my spa bed would be delivered to my salon. She was very nice and professional. And the fact that I was able to get in touch with a human right away was very refreshing. My spa bed is everything I’ve dreamed of for years having in my salon. It is sleek and it is easy to use the controls. I purchased the Bale Bed and I’m so glad I did, it fits perfectly in my space. Oh and it came in one piece so there was no putting anything together which is great, an easy setup.
