Shipping is slow bUT good product

I had return some items from you that I had ordered and I have never gotten any answer back from you . I am still waiting for the return label for one of the order I wanted to return. Tried to e mail and call you but I have never receive any answer

Why did I get a notification that my order was shipped on 5/4 and then another notification today 5/6 saying you would process my order as soon as possible??
