I could not stomach the taste. Horrible -could not put into smoothie even.

I'm not saying you're not nice people (!), but we truly do not like this product. It didn't relieve ANY of my husband's knee pain, and we didn't read that the product was a supplemental pill - only wanted the topical product, Also my husband got a slight rash on the area where product was tried. Thanks so much for contacting us.

I have not noticed any difference with sleep

It was toxic to my body. horrible. I threw all of it away. Sorry to have spent that much money
