Faulty packaging, no refund.
I ordered a few different bags of nuts. The two cashew bags were open and not sealed properly. One bag emptied into the shipping box and the other bag was open at the seal. I threw both bags out because of this and was only refunded for one bag of cashews. I wrote emails to customer service and no response.
That is not right. I would not purchase an open bag of nuts from a health food store shelf either and I should be reimbursed for paying for products I couldn’t use.
It’s a shame too because I was very happy with the nut quality and was looking forward to ordering more from Soma. However, if the customer service is so poor over a simple refund for their own faulty packaging,
Then I can’t imagine if there are errors in another future order.
