I hope this review makes it to the website as I can't be the only person who finds the website, instructions, downloads and more importantly the customer service team lacking in SERVICE. I have called, texted and messaged and even set al appointment for a call and it just got canceled as they only answer via email. LOL, why is that you provide this service for appointments and provide a phone number if you will not use it when a PAID client is requesting to use it? this is the WORST customer service I have ever received for any product I have purchased. Paraphs they think having my SoloStrength hald built in the middle of mi living room floor is fun and I should only be answered ONLY in the way they choose and not how a customer has asked them for days now.

Will never buy anything from them, disgraceful "Compagny". Customer care policy is just a big fat lie. Disgusting.

No customer service. No assembly instructions. A waste of money.
