The only issue I had is with the delivery company (UPS) who seem incapable of delivering to apartment buildings (they refuse to use a building intercom to buzz my apartment for access). I submitted feedback to SNS and they responded almost immediately saying that I could request future purchases to be sent via Canada Post. Now that’s good customer service. Great prices and fast delivery (in spite of UPS)
