I used the cream that once came in a summer time and melted and the one that came in a more cold weather not melted. Even I understand that the benefits are the same but the feeling and applying the not melted one is much better then in the melted form. Delivery was on time and with care. Thank you, I love the product. Feels organic and great!

I do wish you offered free shipping, the prices are pretty high, free shipping would help soften that

Shipping was quick & product wasn't damaged, but the shipping cost was really high compared to most companies..

Shipping was super super slow. When my packages arrived the ice was melted so I appreciated the directions in the box on what to do. The free sample of body oil smelled absolutely rancid. My husband agreed. It went straight in the trash and I absolutely will not be buying the body oil ever.
