I asked for a refund because the item was returned by customs. I have not received any answer yet.

First time buying, and it arrived smelling grossly rancid. I had to wash off immediately. I'm sure I'll have to eat the cost of the return shipping for this waste of time. Uggh. So disappointed.

I have seen zero result. I have used this twice a day morning and evening. This morning I applied it twice before I left the house. I mean zero change. After what I paid and all the advertising, I was under the impression I would have receive some results. I have applied this to my forehead and neck. I paid too much for no results

Ordered the Leucidal SF Max on 3/5/25. It is now 3/20/25, and I have not received the product or any shipping information.
