Love your products but I have been waiting several months for two products to become available again that I have been using in my skin care routine for years now

I was an early adopter of Skin Laundry and a multi-year member. My favorite facial was the carbon signature. My pores have never been cleaner but sadly they no longer offer it so it's back to hydra-facials for me.

Normally when i get a fractional treatment. I can feel the rough texture on my face. This reassures me that my top layer on my skin will be flacking off. I know you got a new machine, but does it do the same job? 4 days later my skin doesn’t feel or look like I had the most expensive treatment offered. Im disappointed, I haven’t been here since last December and not sure if I’ll be back.
