The mushroom taste was too much for me even though I know it’s good for you! So I haven’t used these as much as I hoped. That’s just personal preference!

I love this drink, it’s a great alternative to hot chocolate but more importantly it helps me relax when tired and in pain due to health issue. I think the volume of powder in the bag could be bigger for the price.
