I was a bit sceptical so waited a month or so before writing a review. I'm very happy first time ever hair is thicker and seems much healthier. Nails are stronger too. Have been recommending to my friends and family.

So easy to use and I add it too my nutrient Rescue drink I have each morning... So 2 great products to start my day... My nails have definitely thickened up and grown and my skin and hair greatly improved too 💞

Skin improvements galore :)

Various dry areas on my hands have improved back to their softer natural way, also better scalp, nails etc. overall made sun damaged areas better. So very happy with the results that external creams could not help with.
