I’d love to write about the product I ordered as a gift.. it hasn’t arrived and I can’t seem to find where it is.

Put batteries in. Wouldn't start. Tried to take batteries out. One wouldn't come out.

Well I used a brand new, never used before credit card at your website and did not use it anywhere else. A few days later somebody tried to use the same credit card (my credit card that was used only at your website) to buy 250 dollars worth of stuff at walmart.com .! Hmmmm, you got fraudsters working there.!!
