The jimmyjane vibe we ordered was delivered in non working condition. The S.P. rep constantly questioned me about understanding how to use the "on", switch. After a week I was refunded for the broken item minus the 2 day shipping I had paid for. We were excited to buy a luxury end item and were very disappointed with this purchase from S.P.

Will not be coming back to purchase future items descriptions are misleading not pleased
