Shipping and privacy was great and sale price was enticing. Product was ho hum. Feel like I wasted my money and am looking for a replacement already.

Shipping was fine. I feel like the products are not very sturdy.

Of three shipments, I've only had one shipment delivered within the limits of the extra money I paid for it. Products are pretty good and the reviews help but I'm getting tired of not receiving the products on time when I pay extra for the shipping.

Customer service was great as we still haven’t gotten our package though it was shipped almost 2 weeks ago. We were given a full refund. Only gave 3 stars as we aren’t able to discuss the product since it never arrived. (I know the delivery issue isn’t their fault.).

I’ve bought two rabbit vibrators to replace my last one that finally died after 7 years. Can’t seem to find it here and this is where I bought that good one. Oh well.
