Wrong item shipped. Staff was kind. Problem was resolved.

Product selection is good, but not great. When there a few items of interest, quality and prices are good, service and shipping are great. The company seems to have “lost” my account after I hadn’t ordered in about 6 months, so one feedback discount was rendered useless, but I was successful in creating a new account and use another discount emailed to me on my recent order.

The site, service and shipping were great. It is the last items I ordered that are lacking. Most of the stuff ordered for here is great quality but the ben wa balls are not very good.

Great selection, shopping ok, little difficult to find what I was looking for! Package was excellent!!
