We have been been using Simplesa for 18) months after he received his second opinion when at Mayo He is able to swallow ok so he takes the pill every hour during his waking period. He is very faithful and every hour his Alexa alarm goes off. I do his preparation and take and do two weeks of powder in these little plastic cups. They are marked morning , noon and night. Before we go to bed I mix the powders in 5 ounces of water each night. Then refrigerate them.
