Disappointed with the customer service of the company. I had concerns about two of the products possibly being compromised during the shipping process, due to the off taste of the Glutathione and the clumping of the PM blend powder. When I contacted customer support to ask how to send back the product and receive a replacement the sales representative stated they don’t exchange/ accept returns and they would check the lot numbers of the product to see if they were safe for use. I was disappointed after I received an email stating that the lab checked the lot numbers and they were ok. I feel as though the reproductive the company and the lab didn’t take my concerns seriously. These products are very expensive for ALS patients who like myself have lost my income and sacrifice to spend $300 almost monthly. I definitely wasn’t satisfied to hear that I couldn’t send back the products and receive new ones. I hope the company will review its policies, because as an ALS patient I am very cautious about what I put into my body and to have the company dismiss my concerns about the products cause me great
