Product shipped right away and received within 5 days of ordering. Immediate follow up cal from customer service the day after I received the product wanting to know if I had any questions. That was helpful, would be nice if they would follow up again in a couple weeks after you have used the product. The product is pretty easy to use after you get use to it. There are a couple downfalls. 1) having to take an hourly dose during the day gets hard, especially if you go somewhere or are out for awhile. Going on vacations with this product is also somewhat frustrating. You need to pack an extra bag to take all the product with you, and if you are not near the product at your specific daily times ( morning, noon, night ) it's hard to take your drinks. They say you can premix your daily drinks and take with you, but it would be nice if there was an alternative. To keep cost down they use one size container for all the powder, which makes it somewhat difficult with the containers that are only half full upon arrival. I would also suggest using a towel when putting the powder into whatever you use to mix it with, otherwise you may have powder all over.

I take the Core Powder because I like the combination of ingredients as a supplement although I do not have ALS. I wish there would be better consistency in the product. I have had 4 containers. Two were good, one was very clumpy, hard, and not usable, and the current one is very grainy.

My husband has been using the Deanna Protocol since May 2016. It is easy to use and Simplesa's customer service is great. We hope that it is helping him with his strength.

I am feeling less fatigued so I think these products are starting to do the job. I think the AAKG powder is too powdery and causes a mess on my counter top which is also wasting some of the powder. Could it be more granular like Gatorade? I find the AKG liquid to be convenient but I am not sure I am getting the 300 grams worth because the dosage is 1.2 ml but the graduation on the dropper is 1ml and .5ml. How about showing the .2 ml mark?
