I have had IBS for what seems like my entire life. Well, at least for 35 years. I had dealt with the discomfort and pain and thought that was just how it was going to be. Limping along. Then Oct 2024 I got food poisoning or something and it set my gut ABLAZE. I couldn't eat anything without a symphony of sound coming from my gut. I was absolutely miserable. The bloating, gas, cramps, and diarrhea were unbearable. After working with my primary care physician, she referred me to a GI specialist. I ran the gamut of tests and procedures. It's been almost 4 weeks and I have felt better than I have for DECADES. I'm committed to at least 3-4 months to clean it all up, and then a restore/buildup protocol afterwards. I also take the Digestive Enzymes before I eat and that has helped as well. I have been recommending this brand to my family members who also suffer with IBS. I'm a believer!
