I’m giving you guys three stars because last February, y’all refused to exchange a turban I bought at a different store. My turban developed a tiny hole & it would not be exchanged. I will now only purchase on your website in case it happens again. I even expressed my loyalty but I was shut down.

I used to love this brand. It’s now way to expensive for a product that isn’t as good of quality.

Shipping and packaging was okay.

Shipping was good but the product not, I didn't see any effect. When writing my review for the products they make it mandatory for you to choose a positive thing about it and that's cheating as I wouldn't have selected any of the items of the positive things to say but had to to finish my product review.
