I backed Silentmode when it came out on Kickstarter and was excited about the possibilities of it. Once I received it I was blown away. For me, it was a game changer in the way I manage my sleep and overall energy throughout the day. Then, the game changed, even more, when they released the app for the Silentmode. I did not even realize how much better things could get until I had the app. If you are on the fence about this don't' even think twice. Get it, and be ready to take over the world.

I regularly use a sleep mask to fall asleep, but I also typically listen to music or other sounds to help fall asleep. Since the sound bothers my husband, I need to use a headset which gets uncomfortable. The Silentmode Audiomask takes care of both needs very comfortably. This has been a very good purchase for me.

I love using this mask for napping. The programs in the app work great whether you have a lot of time or just a little. Even if your only able to close your eyes for 10 minutes, it can help you to calm your breathing and re- center yourself.

I was lucky enough to get one of the first models of the silent mode, I have very high blood pressure and a very stressful life, . Within a few times of using the silent mode my blood pressure readings dropped from 190 over 100 to 150 over 85 , this effect was directly after use. I now use regularly and my blood pressure six months later is 127 over 75, a vast improvement . Would highly recommend !
