I work nights and have used them on days when there is more noise than usual. It's great to be able to link it to my sleep series as well as use the app that comes with the device. It's comfortable, doesn't hurt my ears, blocks light, and significantly blocks noise. I found it's also been great when I need a quick quiet moment with no time for a nap.
