You have to reposition the patch to find the "sweet" spot, but if you do, it works to greatly lessen the pain. . . and even NO pain!!

I got good results with them in my shoes. I might try the patch for my shoulder but I don’t want to subscribe for the adhesives. I would buy a few sets as needed

Surprisingly effective--no pain after wearing for an hour or so. I use it as needed.
