Second time using website found the add to cart feature easier to use. However trying to redeem points is sluggish and required three tries before the button or tab responded. I used chrome browser. Hopefully tracking will be on point this time as I do not care to use Shop app. Tracking info should be emailed regardless as to whether Shop is used.

Packaging roughed up

Packaging was damaged, product spilled out of one bottle. Glad I had it shipped to me first, otherwise would not have been a great Xmas gift

Do not like their return

Do not like their return policy. It’s inconvenient and makes no sense when most other hair product companies provide free returns. Read the fine print.

. I think it’s crazy

. I think it’s crazy that I just spent $72 on two very small bottles. . Not happy about that. . it doesn’t even work that good. definitely not worth $72.

Wasn’t for me…beware you have to pay to return!

I was excited to try a CLEAN shampoo and conditioner. I also purchased the mousse. I didn’t hesitate to buy since there was the reassurance that if it didn’t work out, it could be returned. The first time using the products, I found my hair to feel very waxy, almost dirty. I normally do not have to wash my hair very often (5 days or more), but I did not like the feel of it. I washed it again but did not use the mousse. My hair still felt waxy. I inquired about a return. I was told that I could return the product, but I would have to pay for return shipping. Had I known this to begin with, I would not have purchased the product. This should be stated before the purchase, not after.
