Product not received or refunded
I have been notified through our postal service that they will NOT be delivering my product. Tracking has stopped. When contacting Zimba, they told me there was nothing they could do and to continue tracking the package. Yes, there is something you can do! Either refund my money for the product that I am never going to receive or resend the product, perhaps try a different delivery service like every other company over the holidays did in order for their products to be delivered and received in a timely manner!!
