A bit complicated to use gift cards online. Tried calling for some help and the person I talked to told me that the only way I could use two $50 gift cards was in store. That did not make any sense to me. So I kept trying and learned that I had to switch my cards to something else online. Why wouldn’t the person at customer service know this. Most complicated online purchase.

The Popspots I received expired two years ago

The soap I purchased made my skin soft and smell great. I also ordered lip balm and it a pretty shade. I was not disappointed.

Website and delivery were done, never dealt with customer service. Don't like the product though, we use cbd products and this one has either none or so little it doesn't do anything. Also, as a massage oil, it gets sticky and rubs in immediately so you have to keep adding more. I imagine we will get maybe 4 uses out of this bottle because a whole body massage uses 1/4 of the bottle. We won't be purchasing again, we will stick to our massage bars from Lush and real CBD cream
