I hated the product I received, but the service itself was great

Helped me return it.

Unfortunately it took over 21 days to get my order because of USPS delivery service. I paid $5. 95 for shipping as well but you need to select Expedited shipping. Scott did send a generous gift card since I had waited so long for my orders. Products are great.

I loved the products, and the efficiency in getting the correct product to me when the incorrect one was shipped. I appreciated the communication updating me. However; there is remains one product that was never shipped. I am still awaiting it's arrival or a message as to it's whereabouts.
