I was sent a cup that has sharp edges. I wonder how well the quality control is on these products right now.

I couldn't claim the 90 day satisfaction guarantee. No one qnswered my call or message.

Shipping was fine. Customer service is non existent. I won’t buy another. I threw mine away.

I wish I would have gone with my gut and gotten the model 1, but instead went with the model 2 because that's what was recommended for me.

Disappointed
