Shipping was fast. A promo item didn’t ship with it, but they sent it separately which was above and beyond since they weren’t obligated to send it.

Fantastic product. The best lotion I have ever used.

Skin feels smooth and hydrated after using this

Great product so far!

On my third refill. This stuff absolutely blasts through all of my eye makeup. I have virtually stopped using micellar water. It gets my makeup off instantly but doesn’t leave my skin squeaky or stingy or dry. I usually use less than a full pump for my face. It smells neutral and clean!
