Wristbands-my wrists definitely feel different in a good way. Supported & much less discomfort. One I have broken 3 times & the other now have arthritis in the base of the thumb joint. After working as a therapist for 35 years ( & still working) my wrists need as much love as I can give them .

The silica disks are transmitting pure healing energy and they are so versatile to use.. I use them to charge the water, on my phone for EMF protection and I also love placing them on my body. The ultra disks are certainly more potent than the older ones, although they all work effectively on pain and discomfort. I was bathing in bliss first time I tried them on my body.
