Had some trouble because of re-organization but finally got the item I wanted and the person using it says it was just like their first machine and they are really loving it. I like the 1-year Warranty. Gives a person Peace of Mind that their machine will last a long time. Nice to know there is a place to buy used/refurbished machines when a new one is really out of range. Hope all gets straightened out at the Business.

I just received my concentrator 2 days ago and unit is working like new. I hope it continues to work this well but by the way it sounds and how well it is preforming I'm putting my money on it that it will continue for a good length of time. Happy Camper here!

No one ever gets great, then they give less service so good it is. Delivery on time but a little high.

Great follow up on shipping issue. I was called and the issue was correct immediately.
