Great selection of products. Almost all the staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Also the only place in NYC I will let near my eyebrows!!

I love the store overall but that sales associate I encountered seemed bothered and impatient that day. I’ve been coming for years though so hopefully a one-off.

I enjoyed my service but then had an issue with the cost, which wasn’t communicated clearly. In the end, the products I bought are ok (like a few, don’t like another few so much) and I remember the trouble I had using my gift certificate and then getting charged an additional, unexpected $190. When we figured out the charging confusion, no one ever replied to try to say we’re sorry or how can we make this better. In the end, not a great experience.
