I bought various whey proteins from SFH years back at my Crossfit Box. Recover is the first supplement I ever took where I actually felt like I could tell the difference. That's why I came back to buy more as I got serious about fitness, once more in 1/2020. The ability to rest less and come back feeling stronger is definitely noticeable in my opinion. The recover can be hard to mix/blend and the regular whey tastes better, but I'm sold on the results, 100%.

Fuel and Pure are great protein powders. Quality ingredients (nothing artificial or garbage filler), and the perfect pre-workout power you’ll need to get through. They’re also good for post workout as well. The Fuel formula gives you a little extra kick without feeling like you’re on meth. Tried every flavor and they’re great. Coconut and Churro make for a great combo I wasn’t expecting. Please make more flavors SFH! And add some coupons/deals if possible. It’s worth the price, but loyal customers love rewards/coupons!
