Generally speaking, I was brand new to the world of protein drinks. Honestly, I was a little intimidated by the whole search and didn't know where to start for the most effective one for me. With my friends' raving endorsements in addition to quality ingredients found in the SFH product I knew I had nailed it. Flavor, consistency and effectiveness are all off the charts for me.
