Non existent customer services. Couldn’t return the band because the returns page wouldn't work and couldn’t get hold of customer services again and again despite trying different methods. The fit of the band was very poor. £40 I will never see again.

Poor service. The Moses basket arrived with a hole in the material. Still no update on being resolved. Contact was not rubbish even though I sent all information along with over 4 images.

I’m not sure I would recommend

Caused me to get a rash, tried another cream & it did the same, I think it was the spots on the band as it was there I was rashy. Emailed Secret Saviours for advice and never got a reply, yet they’re happy to ask for a review. I’ve no idea if it works for stretch marks as my daughter was born at 23 weeks 1 day, so I didn’t get big enough for them to work I guess. I however would use them again give the issues and the fact I had no reply asking for advice. It’s a lot of money down the drain.
