I have used the serum and shampoo and conditioner for about 8 weeks now non stop. so far I have seen no results,to to cheer me on y hair is still coming out in handfuls each time I Wash it. , and some when I brush my hair. Am I wasting my state pension, which is very little? ,

I've been using the Serum now for 90 days and can't yet see any major changes but will be continuing the whole 150 days to see what happens in the end. Its worth saying that my customer service experience so far has been amazing. Due to low stock I had issues getting hold of my second subscription before a holiday. Customer service were quick to respond and also resolve the issue, my new order turning up the day before I left so I could continue my use without any break. They have also helped greatly with questions I had regarding using the products, often replying within a couple of hours and giving detailed explanations that were easy to understand. If only every company provided such good customer service.
