I also had a very good experience with the shipping and customer service. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, so everything was in perfect condition when it got to me. The delivery process was smooth and I received a tracking link, which made it easy to follow my parcel until it arrived.

Customer services were brilliant. My order was delayed due to lack of product. They kept me informed every step of the way and even offered a refund or discount without prompting (I did initially email them to ask how long it would take to ship after an initial email that the order was delayed). In the end my order was delayed a few weeks, but it was worth the wait and I got a 50% discount.
