I reiterate: I am a Vite-Nam octogenarian trying to be as healthy as possible. I must admit it's always a work in progress. I love learning about new findings in keeping good health; this is why I love what's proven over time: the benefits of sauna therapy. I have found this therapeutic benefit in infrared light therapy, even at my age. It's never too early to start caring for your body so that you can enjoy the rest of your life in good health.

I absolutely love my sauna space! It is by far the best purchase I’ve made in 2023! I purchased the 3 bulb panel after a month of having the sauna I also purchased the 1 bulb photon for sleeping at night. I use the sauna nearly everyday and have never felt better! Brian, the founder is a pure genius the way he has developed the bulbs and the whole sauna design. It’s beautiful, easy to set up, cozy and just a peaceful sanctuary!
