You all have been awesome - really great. And while I love the fact you have provided a payment option to make the purchase feasible for many of us I will share I am not so much a fan of SplitIt. They charged my acct in full on the 3rd payment for what they claimed was failure to clear the new hold with the credit card processor. This was certainly no balance related issue so I reached out to my provider. My cc provider stated they never received any hold request of any kind in January and nothing was denied by them with regards to my account. If the cc company had denied any request they would have contacted me. They offered to dispute the charge and/or be put on a call with SplitIt. On the SplitIt side, they offered 4 dates they claim they tried to process. Again, my cc company shows NO requests during that month and has suggested it was an internal processing error on the SplitIt side. I never received a single email or any contact from SplitIt about an issue and when I asked them to provide copies of any and all emails they may have sent me, they were not provided but finally they agreed to pursue set up of a new payment plan. They have told me SaunaSpace has agreed to a 6 month rather than the remaining 9 month payment plan. Not your fault, I get it, but still super frustrated that I had to take time to get this addressed and have to make these additional adjustments. I certainly would not use SplitIt in the future which means a bit of a wait to make my next panel purchase.

Absolutely love this sauna! I have used it to soothe seasonal and weather related issues, gut issues, pain and inflammation, healing wounds, and injuries, and every time received miraculous results. I and friends have noticed that taking a 20 minute sauna helps one sleep well and relieve constipation issues. On a mental health aspect, my god-daughter, who is 13 years old, has had a very challenging life and tends to turn to cutting herself. After a minor cutting event, I let her sauna to help heal the wounds and balance her mind. It worked wonders, so much so her medical counselor was amazed at how quick her wounds healed and how well she gained control of herself. If I could afford to buy this sauna for everyone I know, I most definitely would! It is well worth the cost. Thank you for making it!!!

Works great I use it in my sauna I noticed the heat increase and i sweat sooner plus get more near infrared light
