Shipping took way too long.

My only complaint is that my over $100 order with $12. 99 shipping, was shipped in a plastic bag. There were 3 boxes made of a thin packing box that would not hold up in this light packaging. The boxes were crushed. In the future if this type of purchase could be packaged in a box, it would be appreciated. I have been purchasing this product for years and have never received it in anything but a supportive cardboard box.

No instructions included. Difficult to continue the protocol due to extreme GI issues.

I received the products and downloaded the instructions. When I printed them there was missing lines and the instructions were not complete. I would like to return all of the products, which I did not open. When I clicked on links, which were supposed to provide more information, I got messages that said site not found. A very frustrating experience!
