Poor customer service - no item and delayed refund
I ordered and paid for two products on 21/08/19. I received and email 28/08/19 stating my order was in it's way.
By 03/09/19 I still hadn't received my items and the delivery tracking said "cancelled". I had not received any emails stating that my items were delayed and had not received a refund, so I emailed to customer support to find out what was going on.
I got a response stating my order had been cancelled due to stock issues and they had tried to contact me - don't know how because they hadn't emailed me! I was advised a refund would be issued by the end of the day.
By 11/09/19 I still hadn't received my refund so I contacted customer support again.
I eventually received my refund on 12/09/19.
Very poor customer contact and delayed refund. This was my first order from you and I shall not order again after this experience.
