Took a long time for the product to arrive. Delivery is 6 - 10 days. Having chased for an update after this time I was told the shipment arrived damaged.

Longer wait than expected. Postage excessive for weight

I brought 2 Maybelline liquid foundations in 502 caramel shade. When they came they were a shade darker as the one I currently used. I was not pleased at all and after liasing with customer service, I managed to return the items and I got a full refund which was good. Delivery was fast and also I got my money back quickly. However, I would not shop from here again to be honest.

Products arrived in excellent condition but unfortunately it toke way too long to arrive!

My goods were first class and 100% genuine but it took nearly 3 weeks to travel roughly 10 miles even after paying £3.99 for first class delivery. My first order was supposed to be discounted too and that never happened. So although happy with my order I won't be making any more - sorry
