There was a problem with the heat and rotation after a few weeks of receiving. I was impressed with how quickly the replacement came. The quality of the unit is great!

Shipping and customer service has been fine. Product is not worth the expense.

I am happy with my salon pro color processor. I will say though, if I had known the processor on the website was the same as the ones on Amazon I would have saved myself a few hundred dollars and order from Amazon.
