No support from what seems to be a defective brace.
I purchased a Saebo Step and have used it very little because it doesn't have ankle support. On Friday Feb 24. 2024 I was using the brace, and the front dial popped off. I stumbled because it released the support on the front of my foot. I called that day and left a message for support. No return phone call. I called again today, 2/27/24. Again got the message to leave a phone number and why I was calling because all agents were busy, but they would call me back as soon as possible. Again no return phone call. Very disappointed in the support I am receiving from this company. I would not recommend Saebo.
