I was impressed by Saebo’s products, I still am, but your customer service is crummy. I’ve left numerous messages via online and messages via phone with no responses on either one. I was trying to reach you guys because I needed a local place to take my measurements for a product, I talked to one lady at the local hospital and she said they didn’t do that. After a little bit of time I called back and spoke to a guy who gave me the Saebo Stretch not to too long ago, and he said they do, I got lucky. But you guys have to be much more vigilant on your customers and incoming customers because if your not, you’re going to be losing clients.
