This is my second Saebo Step. The first generation brace had a more rigid ankle band, with adjustable pads that would often gouge into the back of the heal or front of the ankle/foot area. The new design is very comfortable. I actually liked the BOA (cord adjustment gadget) on the first generation brace better, because it was easier to extend. The newly designed BOA is OK, but the cords tend to hang up in BOA, so the cord has to be tugged firmly until it releases. I can walk so much better with either design, but the new design is better and more comfortable overall than the first design.

No complaints with your company. You tried to rectify my issue but doesn't do what I need.
