Brandon was the rep who helped me and he has been great! Very helpful every time I have spoke with him. I have the Sambo micro and the Sambo stem one to use on my flaccid left arm following a massive hemorrhagic stroke. I can feel the stimulation when using the products but a still unable to move my arm. I will continue to use in hopes for a change. Thank you
