Customer Representative was great. Received return label quickly. Was not able to return package at the Post office. Did learn something though, UPS returns can be taken care of at CVS. Took it there, had it scanned, no problem. Package on its way back to you. Regrets that I could not use your device, lacking the rigidity I need for my drop foot. Thank you so much. MaryEllen Slama

The website was easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for. Reasonable prices, easy order. Package came quickly. Unfortunately, the brace itself did not work for me. I had to return it, bit it was a quick and easy process and I received my refund quickly. Would recommend and use myself again.
